Exchanges and Returns Policy
The customer has 14 days after receiving the order to request an exchange and/or return, provided that the product has not been used and maintains its original characteristics: it must have intact labels and include all materials that accompany the product (such as handbags, for example).
You must request the exchange and/or return via email info@bontonbrand.com, indicating the item(s) to be exchanged and/or returned, as well as the order number or another proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Upon receipt within the 14-day period, returns are refunded in the same form of payment. You can also request a voucher for the value of the item(s) to be exchanged. Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months.
Once the product to be exchanged or returned has been received, Bontön will confirm its condition and proceed with the exchange and/or return of the item(s), free of charge for the customer.
If the items are damaged and/or show signs of use, Bontön reserves the right to refuse to exchange the item.
In cases of defect or non-compliance of the products ordered, Bontön is responsible for collecting the item(s) at an address chosen by the customer in Portugal, at no cost to the customer.
