Section 1 - What do we do with your information?

When you buy something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP address) in order to obtain information that helps us learn more about your browser and operating system.

Email Marketing (where applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you are consenting to our collecting and using your personal information for those specific purposes only.

Section 4 - Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card details. They are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for the period necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After completing your purchase, your purchase transaction information is erased.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, which are managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. It is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure use of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Section 5 - Third Party Services

In general, our third-party providers will collect, use and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them regarding purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand how your personal information will be used by these providers.

Specifically, remember that certain providers may be located or have facilities that are in jurisdictions other than yours or ours. Therefore, if you wish to proceed with a transaction involving a third-party service provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) where the service provider or its facilities are located.

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

To protect your personal information, we take precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it will be encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional measures accepted by industry standards.

Below is a list of the cookies we use. We have listed them so that you can choose whether you want to opt out of cookies.

_session_id , unique token, per session. Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.)

_shopify_visit , no data retained. Persistent for 30 minutes from last visit, Used by website provider's internal stats tracker to record number of visits

_shopify_uniq , no data retained, expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day. Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

cart , unique token, persistent for 2 weeks. Stores information about the items in your cart.

_secure_session_id , unique token, per session

storefront_digest , single token, undefined. If the store has a password, it is used to determine whether the current visitor has access.

Section 7 - Age of Consent

By using this site, you confirm that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Section 8 - Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Therefore, please read it frequently. Changes and clarifications take effect immediately after being published on the website. If we make changes to the privacy policy, we will notify you of the update. This will let you know what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if applicable, we use and/or disclose it.

In the event that our store merges with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
